Training Groups

Group Facilitation
Group facilitation is an art. There are many components that are required to work together to make it an engaging, interesting, fun and dynamic learning environment that is both safe and challenging. Nobody enjoys a boring training. This training will invite you to consider how to keep participants stimulated, while handing ownership of the learning to the participants. The training will also encourage trainers to take control of a group without being controlling.

The Artistry of Facilitation is an engaging and dynamic 2 day course that will assist workers to explore the theory and practical aspects of facilitating training groups. The course will ensure workers have the knowledge, practical skills and confidence in preparing, delivering and reviewing training sessions. The training will also focus on becoming an artist of facilitation – in particular, the subtle techniques and aspects of facilitation.
